As some of you may be aware, The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect on May 25th, 2018. With this, we have made some changes around the site to ensure that we are comply with this. The only visible changes you will see are the updated Privacy policy, Terms and Conditions, and a new cookies policy.
You will see a banner at the top of YellowH2O in which you can agree to the new terms. We are not restricting access to the site based on that yet, but we may in the near future. Another thing will see, is an accept cookies banner at the bottom of the page. Refer to the cookies policy if you would like to learn more about that. Something to note, is that you will need to accept cookies on all browsers that you use.
GDPR is only enforced for those members who are in the EU or European Economic Area. Should you wish to express one of your rights and you are located in the EU, please read through the privacy policy to understand your rights and contact us if you have any questions around it!
