Loading up on fluid

Any advice on loading up on fluid before pissing? Some days it works well, other days I drink a dozen glasses of water and it seems like my body absorbs most of it (and I didn’t start out dehydrated). I’m not sure what the difference is on different days.

Were you dehydrated and didn’t realize it? Try starting with Gatorade then switch to water. I drink iced tea which makes me need to piss.
